Our story

Bark & Brew is a family-owned mobile espresso bar based in Brooklyn, founded by husband-and-wife team Alessandro and Stephanie Lopes.

What started with a love of great coffee, community, and dogs has grown into a business serving schools, private events, corporate gatherings, markets, and neighborhood pop-ups throughout New York City.

We believe coffee is more than just a drink. It's a reason to gather, connect, and create memorable experiences. That's why we focus on handcrafted espresso drinks, homemade syrups, fresh baked goods, and warm, friendly service wherever we go.

Alessandro is a former teacher and filmmaker who brings a passion for community and storytelling to every event. Stephanie's creativity and attention to detail help make each Bark & Brew experience welcoming and memorable.

Whether we're serving teachers during a professional development day, fueling a school carnival, celebrating a wedding, or setting up at our neighborhood pop-up, our goal is simple: serve great coffee and help bring people together.
